A Day in the Life
As our E-Key Account Specialist, you will be pivotal in driving our e-commerce success in Taipei. You will manage key e-commerce account, including major platforms like Shopee and our network of distributors, to accelerate our online growth and brand presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute joint business plans with key e-commerce partners, fostering strong relationships to drive mutual growth and profitability.
- E-commerce Performance: Manage the end-to-end operations for our e-commerce channels, monitoring sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and optimizing our strategy to meet ambitious targets.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new trends and opportunities within the e-commerce landscape to expand our market share and enhance the consumer experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, optimal stock levels, and accurate sales forecasting.
