  • Provide end-to-end support for employee and Dept. manager HR inquiries, ensuring requests are fulfilled efficiently and professionally.

  • Guide employees/Dept. managers on HR Topics (e.g., performance management, policies, payroll, benefits), promoting HR Portal and self-service.

  • Execute lifecycle operations: hiring & onboarding, changes/letters, time & leave, benefits updates, contract management, exit/offboarding.

  • Prepare and validate HR documents, approvals, and workflows in line with harmonized policies.

  • Administer payroll, benefits, government reporting, and leave management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

  • Manage local HR vendors as needed to support HR service delivery.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects and insight-gathering to enhance processes/tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Min. 3–5 years of HR generalist, HR operations, or HR service delivery Experience.

  • Knowledge of HR processes and Employment regulations in assigned Country/Region (KR & PH)

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS(s) and Digital HR tools.

  • Strong Customer-Service mindset, Attention to details, and Problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a Regional HR team.

  • Proficiency in English & Korean Writing & Speaking
