Job Description:

  • Build the Affiliate Army (Sales Focus): Aggressively recruit and manage creators on TikTok Shop and Shopee who are focused on selling. Your goal here is purely GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).
  • Manage Brand KOLs (Awareness Focus): Select and brief content creators (IG/TikTok) to build brand image. Ensure their content feels authentic but hits our key messages.
  • Negotiate Smart Deals: Move away from just paying 'fixed fees.' Negotiate hybrid deals (Fee + Commission) to protect our budget and incentivize creators to sell.
  • Sample Logistics: Oversee the product seeding process—ensure the right creators get the right products at the right time.
  • Data & Optimization: Analyze the numbers weekly. Cut the creators who don't convert; double down on the ones who do.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years or more in Influencer Marketing or Affiliate management.
  • Platform Knowledge: You must know the backend of TikTok Shop and Shopee Affiliate inside out.
  • Money Mindset: You understand ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition). You don't just care about 'likes,' you care about 'sales.'
  • Hustle: You are comfortable reaching out to dozens of creators a day and negotiating terms.
