Klaviyo Specialist

Klaviyo Implementation Specialist needed to own all technical execution across client accounts at Redwood, a retention marketing agency specializing in email and SMS for DTC brands.

Requirements

• Build and manage flows, campaigns, templates, and segments across multiple Klaviyo accounts
• Translate Figma designs into production-ready Klaviyo templates with accurate cross-client rendering
• Configure advanced flow logic including filtering, suppression rules, conditional branching, flow splits, and A/B tests
• Manage Recharge subscription flows and templates (active subscription, cancel save, skip/pause logic)
• Maintain Shopify integration: catalog sync, order data, custom properties, and event triggers
• Troubleshoot broken dynamic content, Liquid logic errors, rendering issues, and deliverability problems
• Support Customer.io implementation where applicable
• QA all builds before launch
