All about the role:
Drive growth of built-in kitchen appliances sales by developing strong partnerships with kitchen studios, dealers, designers and project-related partners.
This role focuses on expanding sales opportunities, strengthening channel relationships, and ensuring premium brand presentation across all kitchen specialist touchpoints.
Shape the future of our Project sales in Thailand by leading our key customer accounts and driving growth. This role combines strategic account management, team leadership, and channel development to deliver Electrolux’s go-to-market objectives.
Your primary focus will be building strong partnerships, executing joint business plans and capturing new opportunities. Based on experience, you may also lead kitchen retail business. You will report to the Head of B2B and Project sales.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with kitchen studios, dealers, designers, and B2B customers.
- Drive sales growth of built-in kitchen appliances through specialist channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand active accounts.
- Develop joint business plans with key partners including sales targets, promotion plans, and display improvement.
- Ensure premium product presentation and brand visibility at point of sales.
- Conduct product training for sales staff and partners teams.
- Support quotation, product selection and co-promotion for kitchen partners.
- Co-ordinate with internal team to ensure smooth delivery, installation and after-sales service.
- Monitor monthly sales performance, stock movement, and forecast accuracy.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Support and co-ordinate cooking demonstration, partner showroom events, and brand activation activities.
- Follow up payment collection and credit status of customers.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in kitchen appliances, built-in appliances, kitchen furniture, or premium consumer goods.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of premium retail / dealer business.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Thai and English.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
