About the Job:
We are looking for Key Account Supervisors who will be responsible for the full-cycle implementation of account opening, sales negotiation, booking, development, management, merchandising, and monitoring of deliveries. This role also includes executing the daily call-out procedure (ISaraMoPO) specifically dedicated to On-Premise Alcohol Accounts, such as:
Bars
Adult Entertainment Venues
Restaurants
Hotels/Motels
Resorts
Any on-site establishment serving alcohol and operating beyond 10 PM

Scope & Responsibilities:
Prospect and open new outlets, identify business opportunities, and expand the availability of the company's products, focusing on alcoholic beverages.
Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and trade terms including credit, discounts, promotions, bundles, and outlet makeovers.
Monitor and execute KPIs (sales, volume, productivity, availability), develop new categories, ensure PicOS execution, and drive growth with existing accounts.
Register work orders, maintain data, perform surveys, and control assets.
Facilitate smooth interactions and hand-offs with internal functions, including call center agents, supervisors, and back office support.
Deploy and utilize merchandising materials, execute promotions and PicOS, and train outlet owners on maintaining PicOS standards.
Conduct in-store inventory checks, ensure compliance with suggested order quantities, and implement price promotions.
Manage order-taking and transmission processes, and handle returns or exchanges as authorized by the Sales Group Leader.
