About the Operations Team 🚀

Every day, students from 175 nationalities book over 5000 nights across 33 cities on uniplaces.com.

Our diverse team, representing 14 nationalities and speaking 6 languages, is dedicated to improving the student and landlord experience. We aim to make finding a room as easy as booking a flight.

Join Us as a Key Account Support Intern! 👩‍💻

🎯 In this role, you will be responsible for being of top of property conditions by maintaining direct contact with the account managers that manage our biggest landlords across the world, mainly in Europe. Having a close and professional relationship with them is what helps us achieve our goals.

🏠 Additionally, you’ll help enhance property listings by adding new offers, completing missing details, and ensuring rental conditions are always up to date. Your attention to detail will help create high-quality listings that attract tenants.

🤝 You will act as the bridge between landlords and account managers needs and all teams related to our Operations Department (such as Bookings, Customer Experience, Onboarding, etc), apart from supporting some tasks and needs from our landlords with other teams like Product or Marketing.

You’ll maintain seamless operations, optimize listings, and help landlords maximize their rental opportunities with Uniplaces!
