Key Account Specialist
You will be expected to:
• Update documents on operation processes as well as training materials for key clients
• Communicate efficiently with frontline inspectors and oversee inspection report content
• Manage specific activities to drive key clients KPIs
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Issue dedicated inspectors to each key account
• Liaise with the coordination team to train new resources (dedicated inspectors) in essential areas
• Support key client report validation
• Organize periodic training on key client standards for both back-office teams and frontline inspectors
• Other tasks arranged by the management team
It could be you, if you have:
- A bachelor's degree (fresh graduates with a strong ambition to learn may also be considered)
- Familiarity with the quality control field (work experience is welcome, but not mandatory);
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English;
- The ability to work well under pressure while remaining detail-oriented
- A working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
