Key Account Manager - Style - Bucuresti
1. Account Management & Strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Lifestyle, Fashion, and Sportswear industry.
Lead the development of seasonal and annual account plans.
Set sell-in and sell-through targets, monitor performance and inventory metrics, and adjust plans to ensure sustainable business growth.
Oversee sales contract conditions and manage receivables.
2. Sales & Business Growth
Drive achievement of sales and margin targets (short-term and long-term).
Identify opportunities for incremental growth within accounts (e.g., new product launches, category expansion) and convert them into actionable plans.
3. Relationship Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (product, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
Partner with marketing teams to align brand storytelling, visual merchandising, and in-store experience with brand identity and commercial objectives.
4. Analysis, Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor competitors and market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Deliver regular sales and business performance reviews.
