Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong, trust-based relationships. Develop and implement high-quality, tailored account plans and programs, leveraging relevant shopper and customer insights. Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer plans. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of initiatives in line with customer needs and business objectives. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sustainable growth. Qualifications Strong analytical and financial skills Excellent negotiation abilities Clear, confident, and effective communication skills Team-oriented mindset with a strong results-driven approach Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance Postgraduate degree will be considered an asset Excellent command of the English language Minimum of 6 years’ experience in sales, with a combination of Key Accounts and Field Sales considered an advantage Excellent knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
