Key Account Manager, LIC
As Key account Manager, you'll be excellent sales and gain new business thereby increasing sales and profitability for PPG LIC through the development of relationships, programs and creating a high profile for PPG within light industry customers.
Key Responsibilities
Excellent sales management for sales & PC growth and sustainable development.
- Improve sales turnover & profit growth through visits and surveys of assigned main accounts to understand our client's strategy and operating model.
- Develop annual sales targets, share gain targets and strategies for each main segment, guides and service distributors to expand market position and achieve sales target.
- Maintain customer relationships at all levels, including procurement, technical, marketing and developing long-term customer development plans.
- Review and lead the adjustment of the product portfolio solution for each project, to meet the latest VOC regulatory and profitability requirements.
- Coordinate different departments well within customer and company internally, and handling of complaints, multiple service support etc.
New business development, to gain new business in Light industry.
- Understand the Light industry and its trends, ability to identify potential opportunities and growth business from segment perspective.
- Defines product/solution/digitalization/service-related competences and know-how requirements at the new key account.
- After winning the project, coordinate all relevant departments of the company and distributors/service providers to ensure the project can be moved forward in an orderly manner.
- Monitor competitors’ doing and interact with regional sales team or other related departments, figure out action plan to expand market share.
Qualifications
- bachelor's degree and above.
- Minimum 4 years in sales with 1-2 years key account management experience.
- Rich experience in General Industry.
- Good collaboration skills and leadership capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Communicate capability in English.
- This job posting may have multiple locations listed in east China. A successful candidate may work remotely and not be offered to relocate.
