Position Overview You’ll own strategy, execution, and full P&L, driving sales, profitability, and market share. With an entrepreneurial and data-led mindset, you’ll lead customer negotiations, shape category strategies, and drive joint business planning. You’ll disrupt incumbents by delivering better outcomes for consumers and customers, build strategic partnerships, and lead execution across all channels. Success requires bold ownership, bias for action, and strong advocacy, inside and out. As we scale fast, you’ll be a culture carrier who champions people and drives lasting impact. Position Impact Short-term impact: You drive immediate growth by executing on existing momentum, brand launches, and growth plans. Strong execution of retail strategies and merchant relationships leading increased space both in and out of aisle. Strong promotion plan.  Long-term impact: You build a strong, data-driven partnership with German retailers and ZURU distributor, you help to position the company as a category leader, driving sustainable growth and brand equity. Strategic planning, guided innovation plans with NPD, and ensuring adaptation to stay ahead of retail trends ensure that the company remains competitive.
