Role & responsibilities
Staff Hiring & Management: Recruit and supervise the sales team. Monitor staff performance and provide training for improvement. Foster a motivated and goal-oriented work environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Store Operations & Planning: Oversee day-to-day store activities, ensuring smooth operations. Plan and execute store movements and layout changes. Manage stock levels and ensure optimal inventory control.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and analyze performance metrics. Generate reports on sales trends, staff productivity, and store performance. Utilize data to improve decision-making and strategic planning.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with key accounts. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
Product Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of our women's western wear product line, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Educate clients on product offerings and recommend solutions to meet their specific needs.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and alignment with overall business objectives.
Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast sales projections, track performance metrics, and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize business processes.
