Expanding the relationship with existing customer by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skill with aptitude in building relationships with professional of all organizational levels

Excellent organizational skills

Resolve any issues and problem faced by customers and deal with complaint to maintain trust

Escalating & resolving areas of concern as raised by clients

Experience in sales providing solution based on customers

Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities

Building & maintaining relationships with clients & key personnel with customer companies

Attending meeting with clients to build relationships with existing account

Candidate Should have knowledge of CRM software
Candidate should have very good communication skills
