Job Description:

Internal Precision Logistics (Marken) Candidates only

Marken is seeking a strategic and solutions-driven Key Account Excellence Investigation Analyst to join a growing team dedicated to operational excellence and client satisfaction. This role blends investigative rigor with continuous improvement, supporting Marken’s mission to deliver high-quality logistics solutions in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and essential labs. As part of the Key Account Operational Excellence (KAOE) team, you’ll collaborate across Operations, Quality, and regional departments to resolve issues, enhance processes, and prevent future incidents. You’ll be a key player in driving performance and strengthening client relationships.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, approximately 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET
Internal Grade: 10D - Job Level: 51 Specialist

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead investigations into package loss, supply chain anomalies, and operational deviations with precision and professionalism.

  • Partner directly with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and implement process enhancements that drive long-term success.

  • Conduct root cause analysis through perceptive interviews, data review, and procedural audits to identify and correct systemic gaps.

  • Champion continuous improvement by documenting findings, recommending preventive actions, and contributing to Marken’s growth.

  • Perform regulatory compliance audits (TSA/FAA) and ensure adherence to transportation rules and hazmat shipping protocols.

  • Leverage Marken technologies to track shipping milestones and provide actionable insights that improve future performance.

  • Collaborate on future-focused initiatives to streamline investigations and enhance security protocols using innovative tools and methodologies.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent (preferred).

  • Experience in quality-driven industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or essential labs.

  • Familiarity with airline logistics, hazmat shipping, and dangerous goods regulations.

  • Prior experience in military, law enforcement, or investigations is a plus.

  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.
