• Ensure error free Export documentation.
• Time line tracking of Export consignments.
• Coordinate with Sales team.
• Work Environment: Business Office & GMD
• Occasional travel only when necessitates

• Open communication link with major Export customers.
• Liaison with Export clearing agents.
• Liaison with in in land freight movers.
• Generate MIS reports for review and follow up.
• Warehouse management by adhering to various quality system management
• Carryout Export Documentation from LC receipt
• Ensure error free document preparation pertains to Export consignment and in adherence to LC clause and Bank requirements
• Ensure completion of Export process and delivery of consignment to the end customer within the time line designed.
• Up keep FG warehouse for hygiene, traceability and all GMP practices.
• Receive the receipt of manufactured goods from production after checking quantity and quality adherences.
• Planning of daily dispatch required as advised by Manager customer care
• Receive customer order and register in M3.
• Effective communication to sales team on availability of Stock.
• Carry out invoicing of all planned Export / local dispatches in an orderly manner (FIFO)
• Liaison with production and Q & A for material availability for dispatch according to the planning done for the day.
• To follow up with transporter for on time delivery as committed by them.
• Carry out cycle check for FG material & report on a monthly basis or as required. To ensure 100% accuracy.
• Carry out gap- analysis of any inventory variances observe during the cycle check.
• To generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as per guidelines given.
• Manage Export Process as per the time line defined
• Ensure the Export document process accuracy.
• Ensure no customer complaints registered due to supply delays
• Ensure the timely completion of planned material dispatches.
• Ensure 100% FG inventory to be tallied with books at any point of time

• Graduate (UG/PG) with minimum of 3-4 years of experiences in Logistics
• Specialization in Import – Export process and documentations.
