K3 Senior Engineer
- Review and supplement detailed project reports, concept reports, and design reports.
- Assist in preparing preliminary designs and tenders for elevated portions, stations, and service buildings.
- Review and proofread detailed designs and construction documents.
- Provide assistance in construction supervision, monitoring, quality control, health, safety, environment, and social aspects management.
- Prepare manuals for construction, administration, operation, and maintenance of metro systems.
- Ensure safety compliances, conduct safety training, and implement 3S training programs.
- Conduct business ethics and compliance training for all team members.
- Ensure knowledge of environmental policies and anti-corruption practices within the organization.
Job Requirements
- A graduate degree in Electrical/Electronics & Communication from a recognized institution is required.
- Minimum total experience of 12 years, including at least 4 years in Metro/Railway construction.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in integrated project delivery environments, applying industry best practices.
- Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
- Proven ability to lead a team effort and make independent decisions, demonstrating strong troubleshooting abilities.
