Position Summary: The Weekend Maintenance Supervisor will lead weekend maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable performance of processing and packaging equipment. Provides hands-on leadership to a team of unionized maintenance associates, guiding real-time troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. Sets clear expectations around safety, quality, and operational standards while developing team capability and driving continuous improvement in equipment reliability. Location: Bethlehem, PA Schedule: Weekends (Saturday, Sunday Monday) Shift: Days (4:00 pm -4:30 am) How You’ll Impact Results: Lead People Coordinate Work Lead, coach, and support weekend maintenance associates by setting clear priorities, expectations, and direction Foster an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative work environment Coordinate daily maintenance activities, staffing, and resources to meet shift priorities Provide guidance to sanitation associates on weekends and support coverage as needed Partner with the Maintenance Manager to assess staffing needs and provide input on resource planning Supervise project and maintenance work using internal teams and contract resources Support associate development through training, coaching, and mentoring Ensure Equipment Uptime Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate resources to resolve equipment issues Support maintenance shutdowns, CIP, sanitation, and new equipment installations Oversee fabrication projects and partner with engineering and facilities as needed Drive Safety, Quality Continuous Improvement Ensure safe work practices and compliance with GMP , SQF, and plant safety standards Identify and implement improvements to maintenance productivity, safety, and quality Develop and improve standardized work instructions and job aids Communicate shift priorities and outcomes to operations and maintenance partners
