Maintenance Technician - Electrician - 3rd Shift

Position Summary: We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Electrician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed packaging machinery and process equipment. This role requires strong electrical skills, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Position Details: Schedule: Monday – Friday Pay: $36.00/hr b ase rate with the ability to increase to $40/hour + with pay for skills program How You’ll Impact Results: · Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose electrical issues, modify, repair, and calibrate high-speed packaging machinery and process equipment · Troubleshooting: Perform equipment changeovers and troubleshoot using preventive maintenance programs (PMs), SOPs, and equipment manuals · Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks and repairs to prevent equipment failures · Safety Compliance: Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain a safe working environment · Documentation: Accurately document all work performed to meet company policies and regulatory standards · Collaborative Teamwork: Work with team members to ensure the facility meets GMP, sanitation, food safety, and quality standards · Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production goals
