JOB PURPOSE

The Junior Workday Analyst provides operational support for the Workday platform, assisting with configuration, system maintenance and issue resolution. The role supports day‑to‑day administration of the Workday tenant and helps maintain system stability and data integrity.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

·       Provide operational support for Workday related queries and incidents

·       Assist with configuration of Workday objects including supervisory organisations and job profiles

·       Maintain data accuracy across Workday records

·       Monitor scheduled integrations and report failures

·       Assist with system testing including regression testing

·       Maintain documentation and configuration guides

Develop Workday expertise and work toward certifications

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

·       Basic Workday configuration experience

·       Reporting support

·       Integration monitoring

·       Data analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Previous experience working with Workday or enterprise HR systems

·       Experience working in a support or analyst role

·       Workday Certifications preferable but not essential
