Junior Salesforce QA

Need exp in either Hadoop or Salesforce

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 
• You will work directly with developers, architects and business analysts to deploy and test the next generation of enterprise systems that will transform Autodesk. 
• Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements. 
• You will work with Analysts, developers and architects to understand the requirements and assist in building Automated QA processes for Hadoop/Big Data environment. 
• Identify and investigate issues found during testing. Work closely with software developers and team lead analysts to resolve issues. 
• Work with Offshore Automation QA resource to automate test cases and test scenarios and make sure healthy automation test coverage for the supported functionalities is maintained. 
• Write Regression test cases for supported business functionalities, write end to end integration test cases, write system test cases as well. 
• Test solutions and ensure they meet business requirements and are "fit-for-purpose." Present and validate solution with user. 
• Works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment. 
• Provide fast and reliable regression coverage for the minor and major releases that happens year round 

Preferred Qualifications: 
• Three to five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. 
• The ideal candidate will enjoy multi-tasking and working with a sense of urgency, and should also be flexible to quick changes in direction while maintaining a strong customer focus 
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and HIVE is a strong plus, along with writing automated test suite for Big Data jobs. 
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo. Familiar with SFDC Sales and Service Cloud. Familiar with Marketo. 
• Experience working with Web Services like REST & SOAP 
• Strong SQL skills to write Big Data Hive Queries 
• Experience with executing Shell scripts and Python Scripts 
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required 
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to think outside the box. 
• Nice to have, if person is familiar with the out of the box connector between salesforce.com and Marketo
