Supporting management by conducting analyses on performance, profitability and progress of projects including research and cost estimations Channelling related communication between Nintendo of Europe’s Finance department as well as Nintendo Corporate Limited (Japan) Budgeting, controlling and allocation of costs, handling of invoices in compliance with reporting duties and escalation procedures Supporting manpower planning processes Maintaining normal function of the project tracking tool (CATS), improving its system structure and correcting of project tracking of staff
