Junior Piping/Mechanical Designer

Your future role on our team: As a member of our Mechanical and Piping Engineering team, you’ll assist with studies for major projects in the mining, energy and heavy industry sectors. You’ll be based at our Toronto office, but you may be required to take short trips to our other offices. Participate in preparing plans and specifications based on guidelines Under supervision, carry out the 3D design of piping, equipment and mechanical layouts for all components Work with point clouds (3D scanning) Coordinate equipment layout with other disciplines, such as the Structural Engineering Produce isometric drawings of pipelines Produce 2D drawings of equipment developed in design and general layouts Prepare 2D drawings with full detailing (dimensions, labels, text and notes) Participate in technical site surveys Ensure the quality of deliverables produced Do your qualities and values match our corporate culture?
