Junior Partnership Specialist for Education Organization (Remote, UK/EU/EEA)

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency looking for a proactive and driven person to expand education partnership network across South Asia and Europe. The role requires sourcing, researching, and building partnerships, as well as maintaining existing relationships.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as an Account/Relationship Intern/Junior/Specialist in an international work environment
• Experience in the Education or Research industry is considered an advantage
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the education industry, preferably working with educational counselors or academic institutions
• Demonstrated ability to independently source leads and build partnership pipelines from the ground up
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to conduct outreach and close partnership deals
• Self-starter with high ownership, strong initiative, and comfort working in a remote environment
