Mission
The objective of the Paid Media team is to ensure that every paid campaign in the social media environment and associated with influencer marketing follows an effective strategy aligned with the overall digital campaign goals. The role focuses on advising on content, channels, and formats to optimize campaign performance, meet objectives, generate leads and maximize budget efficiency.
Job Functions
Collaborate with media campaign leads to understand and support full media plans for top beauty and lifestyle brands
Design and assess paid media strategies for social media and influencer marketing campaigns, defining investment content, pricing, KPIs, platforms, and formats
Provide ongoing optimization suggestions to enhance performance and ROI
Act as a key liaison between Media Agencies and Influencer teams, ensuring unified proposals, strategies, and reporting to deliver an integrated client experience
