Job Description

We are looking for a Risk Management Junior Manager

Key Job Responsabilities

  • Monitoring system data for irregularities or abnormal signs.

  • Conducting audits and risk assessments to minimize operational risks.

  • Preparing training to employees on risk-related policies and best practices.

  • Collaborating with the regional HQ and HQ audit teams to ensure alignment.

  • Reviewing payments, including evidence of Sales Deductions and Marketing expenses and identifying double payments.

  • Develop, execute and present audit reports in a timely and consistent manner, in accordance with regulatory and Internal Audit standards.

  • Apply audit procedures, as well as carry out analysis, investigations and evaluations to propose improvements to processes or changes to policies, procedures, reports and formats.

  • Diligently keep a systematic check on the company’s operation to improve efficiency

  • Conducting ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is needed
  • 8+ years of experience in Risk Management
  • Vendor due diligence (Must)
  • Excel intermediate level (familiar with how to use pivot tables, VLookup, and date functions among other more)
  • English advanced.
