We in Powertrain Solutions (PS) Electronic Controls (EC) offer integrated solutions in the market segments Electric Vehicles, Passenger Cars and Commercial Vehicles / Off-Road and aim to become #1 provider of products and solutions in the diversified powertrain sector ranging from gasoline and diesel injection to electrified drives with battery and fuel cell technologies.

Under the leadership of PS/ICO-NA, the associate will support Access Management, IT Compliance, IT cost controlling, and IT projects related to AI, digitalization, and automation initiatives. The role also includes ownership of the MAE procurement process for PS-NA and the Farmington Hills site.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Supporting MCR activities.
  • Assisting with non-MAE procurement processes.
  • Serving as a SAP Key User for non-controlling investment-related functions, including support for the future S/4HANA go-live.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong ability to analyze, summarize, and present detailed and data-driven information clearly and concisely to management
  • High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a structured manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint (executive presentations), as well as Expertise in using SAP
  • Data‑smart mindset with experience or strong interest in data analysis, process automation, and digital solutions; exposure to tools such as MS Power BI, MS Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Python, or web development technologies is desired
