Junior Customer Care Specialist (replacement contract)
Twisto is seeking a full-time Junior Customer Care Specialist (replacement contract). The purpose of this role is to support our customers in using Twisto products on a daily basis.
As Junior Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for:
Contact with clients via phone (incoming calls), replying to chat messages and e-mails;
Activating customers;
Cooperation with other company departments;
Assisting customers in resolving reported problems.
What do we offer:
Contract of employment for replacement (salary: 4 900 - 5 800 PLN gross).
Work from Monday till Friday (plus one weekend per month) - we provide the equipment;
