Junior AI Consultant - start in September 2026

Will you graduate in 2026 and do you want to build real-life AI solutions? At Datashift you join a hands-on team that uses data, machine learning and generative AI to solve concrete business problems. 

Your responsibilities 

• Translate business questions into concrete AI use cases together with consultants and clients; 

• Explore, clean and prepare data for modelling (Python, SQL, notebooks); 

• Build and evaluate AI models (from classic ML to LLMs and computer vision); 

• Work with Data Engineers and BI specialists to integrate models into data products, dashboards or APIs; 

• Help monitor and improve model quality, robustness and fairness in production (MLOps, A/B tests, retraining); 

• Contribute to demos, PoCs and internal knowledge sharing on AI (showcases, tech talks, code snippets).
