Accountabilities:
- Design scalable, high-performance architectures and systems for enterprise customers using modern data platform technologies.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design discussions, and architecture reviews with customers and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices for scalability, performance, cloud adoption, and system optimization.
- Partner with sales teams to shape account strategies, qualify opportunities, and support pipeline development through technical expertise.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, proof-of-value sessions, and architectural proposals.
- Collaborate across field teams and ecosystem partners to support complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals.
- Drive demand generation activities through technical workshops, events, and account-based engagement initiatives.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to influence product direction and continuously improve solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
- 8 to 11 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, including 5 to 7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern programming or scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, SQL, Java, C#, or C/C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures, scalability, and high-availability design principles.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear business value for both technical and executive audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams on account strategy, opportunity planning, and technical deal execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess existing systems and recommend architectural improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Bonus: experience with cloud providers, data engineering, AI/ML projects, modern data migration, or sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
