Responsibilities
- Direct New Business sales and Account Management responsibility for the Spain Territory
- Execute and overachieve quarterly revenue and bookings targets.
- Working with the sales management team to establish direct sales, through a strategic territory plan, and additional market development strategies for the defined territory accounts
- Develop and coordinate strategic activities with clients to further develop the business relationship.
- Together with management build strategic partnership with local SI companies to further establish Axway's penetration within specific verticals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns & programs to build pipeline
- Build and drive new sales pipelines across designated verticals and/or territories to meet agreed targets
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in on-premise & Cloud/SaaS based software solutions sales, ERP and business application and/or Middleware sector, as Direct Sales Executive in Spain.
- Good relationship and contacts in the very large accounts in Spain.
- Hunter, always willing to extend his footprint and to grow the revenue.
- Expert to achieve revenue goals with a rigor based on measurable and ambition indicators (Excellent in Execution).
- Strong, dynamic, determined and customer-oriented personality with power of endurance.
- Ability to work as a sales leader to motivate and engage Axway presales, services, marketing, partner and support teams in customers’ project.
- Enjoy working in trust and autonomy with a high-level sense of ethic & responsibility.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Degree level or equivalent: Master in business administration, Engineering, Business Informatics or similar.
- Ready to travel when required (not very usual, but for trainings at Axway Corp or visits out of Madrid)
