Job Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)- IT Services & Consulting
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait (GCC)
- Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to understand product offerings and effectively communicate them to prospects
- Achieve monthly call volume targets and contribute to lead-generation efforts
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound calling and lead generation
- Track record of geographies like UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate product offerings effectively
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in sales or pre-sales is a plus
