Byte Link Systems, Inc., a Katy, TX based IT Software Staffing Firm has multiple openings for JOB ID 12182: Business Analyst.

Job duties include:

• Gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on small/medium/large size projects.
• Analyze the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions.
• Define, design, and document business flows and processes on small medium size projects.
• Investigate operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements within the area of responsibility.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing them with regular project updates and addressing their concerns.
• Implement advanced data analysis and modeling techniques to provide insights for making informed business decisions.
• Gather Business Requirements Determination (BRD) documents specifications for enhancements.
• Work directly with Architects and Product Owners to manage the technical aspects of the IT project.
• Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to gather quality requirements and specifications.
• Employ Agile/SCRUM methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engg or related with at least 60 months of experience. Salary ranges between $138,237.00 to $141,000.00/year.
