General Description
The Program Manager is responsible for facilitating the seamless integration of our team's efforts with the client. This role requires a leader with exceptional managerial and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration, alignment of goals, and successful execution across both teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, a strategic mindset, and fluency in English to promote effective communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of digital strategy initiatives between our team and the client
- Ensure all aspects of the program are coordinated effectively across both organizations
- Develop and maintain program integration frameworks and methodologies
- Facilitate alignment of processes, tools, and workflows between teams
- Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage project scope to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and deliverables
- Monitor and address scope creep, ensuring changes are properly evaluated and approved
- Maintain risk registers and conduct regular risk assessment reviews
- Build and maintain robust relationships with all stakeholders across both organizations
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between internal teams and the partner vendor
- Serve as the primary liaison between leadership teams of both organizations
- Navigate cultural and organizational differences to foster productive partnerships
- Establish and maintain project timelines with clear milestones and dependencies
- Manage resources efficiently to meet all deliverables on schedule
- Coordinate resource allocation across integrated teams
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and resource constraints
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and program artifacts
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership
- Ensure transparency and accountability through clear communication channels
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future integration efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
- Demonstrate a strong interest and familiarity with AI technologies, as they will be integrated into the project, and proactively seek opportunities to leverage AI for innovative solutions
- Proven experience managing cross-organizational
- Track record of successful program delivery in technology or related sectors
- Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Familiarity with digital strategy concepts and technology landscapes
- Knowledge of project management tools
