We are looking for an AI Agent Architect to join our Gen AI Innovation pod for Healthcare. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions based on autonomous AI agents, developing innovative solutions that maximize the efficiency, autonomy, and intelligence of these agents. This position is crucial to establishing the technical foundations that enable AI agents to collaborate effectively, adapt to dynamic environments, and deliver consistent and reliable results. Responsibilities: - Structure systems with autonomous agents, including modularization, orchestration layers, communication protocols, and persistence mechanisms (memory). - Design and implement essential components such as perception, decision-making, memory, and reflection, ensuring proper adaptation and autonomy of agents. - Establish protocols and mechanisms for agents to communicate and cooperate effectively, avoiding conflicts and optimizing the efficiency of the system as a whole. Solution Deployment: Develop scalable and secure architectures that adapt to dynamic environments and support robust governance and monitoring mechanisms. - Research and implement new approaches and techniques to improve the performance, adaptability, and intelligence of autonomous agent systems. - Work with product, engineering, and research teams to align agent architecture with business objectives and user Requirements: - Strong understanding of event-driven architecture, inter-component communication, and resilient distributed systems. - Agent Frameworks: Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and Swarm, which offer modular and scalable architectures for multiple agents. LLM and Agent Technologies: Proficient with technologies such as LangChain, Langflow, the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) protocols. - Data Storage and Management: Familiarity with data infrastructures, vector systems, and databases. - Ability to design complex systems with multiple interacting components, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and robustness. - This position is to support our North America Business, so expect a lot of conversations in English, where you have to support and explain your solutions and points of view for a large english speaking room. You will stand out if you have knowledge in the following topics: - Agency Fundamentals: In-depth knowledge of the four pillars of agency: planning (intentionality), self-reflection, reactivity, and continuous learning. - Security and Governance: Understanding of security, governance, explainability, and risk management (TRiSM) in multi-agent systems. - Agent Orchestration: Experience in designing systems that coordinate multiple agents working in parallel or sequence to achieve complex objectives. - Visualization and Monitoring: Ability to implement visual tools like Langflow for monitoring execution and designing agent architectures. - AI Research: Keeping up with the latest trends and advances in multi-agent systems, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. - Cloud Background: Strong experience with at least one major cloud environment, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Pre-sales Related Activities: This is a sales-related position. Previous experience with tech pre-sales will be a differentiating factor.
