Program Owner, Leadership Development
As Program Owner, Leadership Development, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of enterprise leadership development programs that strengthen organizational capability and advance business performance. This role is responsible for the ownership and ongoing success of The JM Family Way (JMFW) programs, while also creating impactful learning experiences that build leadership mindsets, skillsets, and toolsets aligned to company culture, values, and strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong program leader, and skilled relationship builder who can translate business needs into scalable leadership solutions. You will collaborate across Talent Management, HR, and business units to ensure programs drive measurable outcomes, elevate leadership effectiveness, and support the organization’s long-term talent strategy.
This is an individual contributor role (no direct reports) that influences outcomes through strong partnership, program governance, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Partner with facilitators to design engaging, high-impact learning experiences using a blend of in-person, virtual, experiential, and self-paced modalities
Partner with HR partners and cross-functional stakeholders to identify leadership capability needs and align solutions to business priorities
Manage program operations including annual planning, calendars, communications, enrollment processes, and participant experience
Establish success metrics and leverage data, participant feedback, and business insights to evaluate program effectiveness and drive enhancements
Serve as an internal expert on leadership development trends, adult learning best practices, and innovative talent solutions
Partner with facilitators to build scalable tools, resources, and frameworks that enable leaders to apply learning on the job
Lead change management efforts related to new or evolving leadership programs, ensuring strong adoption and stakeholder alignment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategy into well-designed, executable programs.
Experience owning end-to-end initiatives—from concept and positioning through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Strong program and project management capability, with a track record of delivering complex work on time and with high quality.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across functions.
A marketing-oriented mindset, with experience positioning programs, building engagement, and driving adoption among leaders and associates.
Comfort using data and insights to inform decisions, track impact, and refine approaches, including working with enterprise systems and tools.
