Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end indirect procurement and outsourced service projects, including stakeholder engagement, supplier sourcing, RFQ/RFP issuance, bid comparison, negotiation, and contract management.

  • Lead or support tendering activities: prepare tender documents, issue tender notices, coordinate bid openings and evaluation committees, and compile evaluation reports—ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficiency.

  • Support Small projects tendering process

  • Manage the full supplier lifecycle, including onboarding assessments, performance reviews, relationship management, and risk monitoring.

  • Liaise with Finance, Legal, and business units to drive purchase order approvals, goods/services acceptance, and payment processing to ensure timely fulfillment and settlement.

  • Maintain and continuously improve procurement records, contract archives, and the supplier database to ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and traceability.

  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance; provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize costs and enhance value.

  • Support other sourcing/procurement related projects assigned by manager if any

  • Adhere to company procurement policies and regulatory requirements; support internal and external audits as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, tendering, or supply chain roles; prior experience in services/outsourced procurement (e.g., IT outsourcing, facilities management, consulting, administrative services) is strongly preferred.

  • Solid understanding of relevant procurement laws and regulations (e.g., Tendering and Bidding Law), as well as corporate procurement workflows and internal controls.

  • Have can-do attitude, A born negotiator and will drive for the best business outcome

  • Data Analytical and with good business acumen

  • A good team player and able to manage conflicts whenever there is confrontations

  • Good time management and able to prioritize tasks and can work under pressure.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel functions, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or e-procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and able to work effectively under pressure with a strong compliance mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry experience in real estate, property management, construction, or professional services firms.

  • Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), or PMP (Project Management Professional).
