Jewellery Operation Executive

We are looking for a Jewelry Operations Executive who combines a passion for jewellery with a strong process-driven mindset. You will play a central role in managing end-to-end coordination across manufacturers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring every order moves seamlessly from pre-purchase to final delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Highly data-driven
• Strong numerical and calculative aptitude
• Proven track record in operationally heavy roles with hands-on coordination, order management, or supply chain experience
