Under general supervision, the Sr People Enablement Specialist leads operational delivery within the People Enablement function, ensuring consistent execution of People processes, team communications, and employee‑facing content. This role provides oversight of day‑to‑day work, maintains documentation and data standards, and serves as a backup resource for HRIS transactions and educational assistance programs as needed.Acting as a team lead, the Sr People Enablement Specialist guides daily operations, optimizes team workflows, and leverages data and analytics to improve efficiency and service delivery. This role partners with People stakeholders to ensure People Site content and communications are accurate, current, and aligned with governance standards, contributing to a reliable and high‑quality employee experience.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a team lead within the People Enablement function by providing day‑to‑day guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery across the team.
- Own the People Team inbox by managing communications, schedules, and distribution lists, and collaborating closely with leaders to support timely decision‑making and execution.
- Own the management of People Site content, ensuring information is current, accurate, and aligned with People Team priorities.
- Serve as an ad‑hoc reporting resource for the People Department, supporting data requests and insights as needed.
- Process a high volume of diverse Workday activities with a focus on data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established processes. Incumbents must apply an understanding of the interdependencies within Workday and how transactions impact multiple functional areas.
- Monitor the team inbox and respond to incoming requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform audits to ensure HRIS data integrity and prevent downstream impacts to HR centers of excellence and the broader workforce.
- Partner collaboratively across the department to support day-to-day People operations.
- Lead the administration and maintenance of internal People platforms, including Dynamics, Genesys, and other systems.
- Own the intake and coordination of new dashboard development, partnering with the People Insights team to translate People Team needs into actionable insights.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field and 2 years experience a an HR support or administrative services role.
- OR Associates degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field with 3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative services role.
- OR a high school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in an HR support or administrative services role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field with 4 years of experience in an HR support or administrative services role.
AND/OR Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences:
- Ability to navigate and use Excel spreadsheets for routine administrative and reporting tasks
- Working knowledge of HR/People operations, including common employee lifecycle processes (organizational changes, time off, reassignments, benefits administration).
- Foundational knowledge of HRIS and People platforms, such as Workday and supporting tools used for employee communication, case management, and contact centers (e.g., People Site, Dynamics, Genesys).
- Understanding of data integrity and workflow dependencies, including how configuration changes impact downstream processes and reporting.
- Knowledge of audit practices and controls related to system content, configuration, adoption, and process compliance.
- Familiarity with educational benefit or tuition assistance programs, including eligibility, application processing, and policy-driven decision points.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in system updates, transactions, audits, and reporting.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while meeting deadlines and service expectations.
- Apply policies, procedures, and controls consistently across People platforms and processes.
- Identify issues or risks related to data accuracy, system configuration, or process breakdowns and escalate appropriately.
- Adapt to changing tools, processes, and priorities, including new system enhancements or operational needs.
- Balance independent work with collaborative problem‑solving, contributing to overall process consistency and operational stability.
- Exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee data and People systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across multiple People platforms and communication tools

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
