Java Team Lead - YUH Team
- Direct management of a team of 5 Software Engineers
- Accountable for the successful deliveries of the team
- Organize and plan all team activities upon the principles of agile software methodology
- Evaluate the efficiency of your team upon its technical and/or business knowledge needed to fulfil its mission
- Monitor and address the required technical investment upon the department guidelines
- Foster the collaboration with the departments which are stakeholders to your team
- Help your team with technical problems and make sure everyone follows best practices.
- Some experience leading development teams
- Strong knowledge of Java Software Development
- Educational background: Bachelor or Master in Computer Science
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
- Eager to lead by example
