Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. 6-8 years years of experience.


Skills & Competencies:

Technical & Functional:

  • Deep knowledge of ALM/PLM (Polarion, DOORS, Jira etc.) tools as well as AWS platform
  • Strong understanding of Cloud & Serverless Engineering, S3 Architecture & Data Management, DevOps & Automation, Cloud Platform Engineering, software configuration, distribution practices, and SDLC.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, software testing, and deployment automation.
  • Proficiency in solution design, data modeling, and system integration techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience with project management and multi-tasking across complex workstreams.

Analytical & Problem-Solving:

  • Solid quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in product development and implementation.
  • Experience with solution validation testing and performance tuning.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience facilitating presentations and training sessions.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

Leadership & Behavioral:

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams (both technical and non-technical).
  • Takes initiative and delivers results with minimal supervision.
  • High accountability and strong work ethic.
  • Embraces diversity and demonstrates a global, inclusive mindset.

Experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience in IT solution development, preferably in enterprise systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Relevant certifications in project management, ALM/PLM platforms, AWS or related tools (preferred).
  • May require additional certifications or licenses related to export control regulations.
