IT Quality Assurance Manager
We’re looking for an IT QA Manager to define and lead our Quality Assurance strategy for Salomon’s e-commerce platform.
As part of the Digital & IT team, you will ensure that all our digital initiatives across front-end, back-end, and integrated systems meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
In this role, you will act as the guardian of quality, building robust test frameworks and ensuring a seamless online experience for consumers worldwide.
Your Main Missions
Define and implement the global QA and test automation strategy for Salomon’s e-commerce ecosystem.
Establish and maintain testing processes, tools, and best practices across teams.
Monitor and report key quality indicators (KPIs), providing analysis and continuous improvement recommendations.
Stay up to date with market practices and propose process and tooling optimizations.
Oversee the QA budget, ensuring smart investments and efficient resource use.
Collaborate closely with internal IT & business teams (Automation, Run, Build, CDS) and external partners.
Support strategic transformation projects, including replatforming, AI integration, and new digital initiatives.
Nous recherchons un Responsable Assurance Qualité (QA Manager) pour définir et piloter la stratégie QA de notre plateforme e-commerce Salomon.
Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Digital & IT, vous serez le garant de la qualité sur l’ensemble des initiatives digitales : front-end, back-end et systèmes intégrés.
Votre rôle : assurer une expérience fluide, performante et fiable pour nos utilisateurs à travers le monde.
Vos principales missions
Définir et déployer la stratégie QA et d’automatisation des tests pour l’écosystème e-commerce Salomon.
Mettre en place les processus, outils et bonnes pratiques de test.
Assurer le suivi des indicateurs qualité (KPI) et la communication auprès des parties prenantes.
Identifier et proposer des améliorations continues sur les outils et les méthodes.
Participer à la gestion budgétaire liée à la qualité et aux outils QA.
Collaborer avec les équipes internes (Automation, Run, Build, CDS) et les partenaires externes.
Contribuer aux projets de transformation digitale (replatforming, IA, initiatives IT…).
5 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Testing, ideally within an e-commerce or digital platform environment.
Fluent in English (C1) and native French.
Strong understanding of e-commerce solutions, back-office systems, APIs, and data integrations.
Proven ability to design and deploy QA strategies (manual, automated, integration, performance).
Analytical mindset with excellent reporting and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a 24/7 high-availability environment.
Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills.
5 à 10 ans d’expérience en assurance qualité ou testing, idéalement dans un environnement e-commerce.
Français natif, anglais courant.
Bonne connaissance des solutions e-commerce et de leurs interactions systèmes (back-office, API, flux).
Capacité à structurer et piloter une démarche QA complète (tests manuels, automatisés, d’intégration, de performance).
Esprit analytique, rigueur et sens du reporting.
Forte autonomie et aptitude à la coordination transverse.
Aisance relationnelle et capacité à collaborer avec des équipes IT et métiers.
