IT Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst
About the role
At Newpharma, we are looking for a hands-on IT Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst to support complex, transversal initiatives across our organization.
This role is strongly analysis-driven, complemented by project coordination responsibilities. You will mainly work on sub-projects embedded in existing team roadmaps, ensuring that cross-team deliveries are coherent, production-ready, and sustainable.
You will operate in an environment where multiple systems, interfaces, and dependencies coexist, requiring rigor, pragmatism, and a strong solution-oriented mindset. This is not a “pure delivery” or “feature factory” role, but a position for someone who enjoys deep analysis, structuring complexity, and making things work end-to-end.
Your mission – Business Analysis & Solution Design
· Dive deep into complex, cross-functional problems involving multiple systems and data flows
· Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, structured, and actionable specifications
· Work closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure feasible, coherent, and robust solutions
· Identify impacts, dependencies, risks, and inconsistencies across systems
· Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term company growth
· Communicate clearly on content, progress, risks, and decisions to all relevant stakeholders, adapting the level of detail and perspective as needed
Project & Sub-project Coordination
· Coordinate transversal sub-projects integrated into existing team roadmaps
· Align stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies across teams
· Monitor progress, anticipate issues, and ensure deliverables are usable in production
· Ensure overall consistency between parallel initiatives and ongoing projects
· Contribute to delivery quality through structure, anticipation, and coordination
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
· Proactively identify opportunities to simplify, stabilize, and improve existing processes
· Balance creativity with pragmatism, within existing technical and organizational constraints
· Stay attentive to emerging practices and tools (including AI-based tools) that can improve efficiency and quality of analysis
