Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Project Manager (PM). This senior role will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and integration of scheduling solutions with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and/or SAP. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of managing complex projects in manufacturing environments while demonstrating an exceptional ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain an unrelenting focus on project success.

This position demands a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset with the ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage MES project initiatives, ensuring timely and successful implementation of manufacturing scheduling solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with both technical and business stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Implement project management best practices, ensuring consistent execution across all project phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions, ensuring all stakeholder requirements and expectations are effectively captured and addressed.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment while promoting continuous learning and improvement.
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in IT project management, with a focus on MES and/or SAP integration within manufacturing environments.
  • Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in relation to manufacturing and scheduling solutions.
  • Strong background in project management, with demonstrable success in leading complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams without direct authority.
  • A curious mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
