Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage MES project initiatives, ensuring timely and successful implementation of manufacturing scheduling solutions.
- Collaborate closely with both technical and business stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Implement project management best practices, ensuring consistent execution across all project phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions, ensuring all stakeholder requirements and expectations are effectively captured and addressed.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment while promoting continuous learning and improvement.
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- 10+ years of proven experience in IT project management, with a focus on MES and/or SAP integration within manufacturing environments.
- Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in relation to manufacturing and scheduling solutions.
- Strong background in project management, with demonstrable success in leading complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and effective communication.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams without direct authority.
- A curious mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
