IT Project Manager – ERP Implementation

We are expanding our international IT organisation and looking for an IT Project Manager – ERP Implementation to join our dynamic and cross-functional IT Project and Portfolio Management Team.
In this newly created role, you will take ownership of ERP and IT projects that are critical to our business transformation. Your work will help modernise systems and harmonise processes across our European operations, ensuring they support long-term success.
Please note: This role may require travel to Intersnack locations and project offices up to 30–40% of the time.

How you will spend your time as our next IT Project Manager
As our next IT Project Manager – ERP Implementation (internal title: IT Project Manager), you will lead cross-functional projects that support our strategic transformation goals. You will ensure alignment between business needs and IT execution, taking responsibility for planning, execution, go-live and beyond.

Your key responsibilities
Act as the main link between business areas and Intersnack IT
Lead ERP and IT project delivery across the full lifecycle: planning, execution, go-live, and transition to support as part of the roll-out team.
Translate business needs into actionable project plans and clear technical requirements
Oversee IT-related deliverables, including infrastructure enhancements, device rollouts, user access, system configurations, and deployments
Coordinate internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure aligned resource planning and execution
Collaborate with procurement and line managers to secure appropriate staffing and vendor support
Manage rollout teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Support business readiness, change adoption, and post-go-live stabilisation
Establish and maintain structured project governance, status tracking, and risk reporting
Apply and continuously improve standardised project management processes, tools, and templates
Contribute to capacity forecasting and mid-term planning across the project portfolio
Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet agreed quality standards
