IT Operations Specialist (8 month term)

Help keep AltaML’s technology environment secure, stable, and running smoothly while supporting a team building real-world AI solutions. We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to help keep our systems secure, reliable, and running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support our team across MacOS, Windows, and Linux environments, ensuring employees have the tools, systems, and support they need to do their best work. This is an 8-month term role where you'll jump in quickly, solve real problems, and help keep the systems behind our AI teams running smoothly. This role combines hands-on technical support, endpoint management, and security operations in a fast-moving AI company.
