IT Infrastructure Development Specialist (w/m/d)

To strengthen our IT Infrastructure team, we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Development Specialist who will help design, engineer, and operate core infrastructure services while contributing to strategic modernization projects. YOUR TASKS Coordinate and implement IT infrastructure projects, ensuring security‑by‑design, operability, and smooth handover to the Operations team Engineer solutions across network, compute, storage, virtualization, cloud, and endpoint environments, automating deployments and configurations where possible Configure and manage Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure, and Office 365 Configure and operate VMware environments Produce infrastructure design documentation, runbooks, and deliver structured knowledge transfer to L2/L3 teams Participate in change enablement, risk assessment, and documentation of changes Perform security related activities up to 20% of the total time out of the business hours Participate to on-duty-call service YOUR PROFILE IT education (technical diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience) Experience in IT infrastructure projects and as an infrastructure administrator in a Microsoft‑based environment Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, and VMware Excellent understanding of networking, operating systems, core IT services, and cloud environments Ability to work in teams and manage complex projects Reliability, autonomy, motivation, and a proactive “can‑do” mindset Excellent Italian and English; German is a plus OUR OFFER An international company that cares for people and the planet Training and development opportunities through the “Loacker Academy” Possibility for home office 1-2 days a week Company canteen Workplace: Auna di Sotto
