IT Helpdesk & Systems Support
iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as an IT Helpdesk Technician onsite.
iFIT is looking for a motivated and personable IT Helpdesk Technician to provide essential on-site support and be the backbone of our local office operations. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of user hardware, maintain high-priority collaboration spaces, and deliver hands-on support to employees, contractors, and third parties. You will be provided with premium tools and the opportunity to grow your IT career through hands-on experience with enterprise-level equipment.
COMPENSATION
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Drive the migration of remaining Windows 10 devices to Windows 11 with minimal disruption to end users.
- Continuously refine the IT onboarding process to improve efficiency and the new hire experience.
- Pursue industry-recognized certifications that align with career growth within the IT department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide face-to-face and remote troubleshooting and professional service-oriented support for internal employees, contractors, and third parties.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of support requests within the ITSM tool, ensuring all tickets are documented, updated, and managed through to successful resolution.
- Responsible for the physical unboxing, imaging, deployment, and reclamation of Windows and Mac computers.
- Perform direct maintenance and troubleshooting of conferencing equipment in all meeting rooms to ensure seamless executive and team collaboration.
- Perform hands-on diagnostics and physical repairs for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
- Manage the physical organization of IT assets and the local hardware locker to ensure equipment is ready for immediate deployment.
- Assist IT management with local systems projects that require physical interaction with hardware.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
- Comfortable interacting in person and prompt in responding to requests.
- IT certifications are a plus but not a requirement.
