Designer – Intelligent Automation, Data and AI (Power Platform)

As part of the Innovation and Automation team, you will play a key role in the next phase of the team’s maturity in 2026.

As a Designer – Intelligent Automation, Data and AI, you will act simultaneously as a solution designer, developer, and technical partner, designing and delivering business process automation solutions leveraging the Power Platform, data, and AI capabilities, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s IT standards.

What you will accomplish with us

Intelligent Automation Solution Design

• Analyze complex business processes and identify high‑value automation opportunities.

• Design solutions integrating the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), pro‑code development (e.g., Python), data, business rules, and AI capabilities (classification, extraction, generation, decision support).

• Define solution architectures, including data flows, automated decision points, and process optimization.

• Produce clear and pragmatic design artifacts that support collaboration and delivery.

Development and Implementation

• Develop and configure solutions on the Power Platform and through complex integrations (APIs, connectors).

• Integrate artificial intelligence capabilities into automated workflows.

• Implement mechanisms to ensure data quality, logging, traceability, and operational robustness.

• Participate in testing, deployment, evolution, and maintenance of solutions, relying on DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, Git, CI).

Key Interface with the IT Ecosystem

• Act as the technical point of contact between the innovation team and IT ecosystem teams.

• Translate business and innovation needs into solutions aligned with security, governance, and integration standards.

• Contribute to fast‑paced innovation while respecting the requirements of a large organization.

Team Evolution and Structuring

• Contribute to the evolution of best practices in automation and AI.

• Help structure reusable design and development patterns.

• Support the team’s maturity growth (quality, consistency, maintainability).

• Stay up to date on new Power Platform and AI capabilities and propose relevant experimentation opportunities.

What could accelerate your success in this role

• Solid experience developing automation solutions in low‑code and/or pro‑code environments.

• Strong understanding of business processes, data, and applied artificial intelligence principles.

• Demonstrated ability to design solutions before developing them.

• Comfort navigating between innovation, large‑organization constraints, and business expectations.

• Ability to explain, simplify, and influence diverse stakeholders.

• Collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset combined with curiosity, rigor, and autonomy.

• Comfort in a hybrid and evolving role.

• Experience with DevOps principles and integration pipelines (an asset).

• Intermediate level of English required, as the role involves daily collaboration with IT teams and English‑speaking partners, particularly in the context of technology integrations and DevOps practices.
