Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as IT business partner and provide IT value to Function team (Finance, HR, QRA, Compliance, Legal, Communications, etc.).
- Build a close and trusted relationship with Function team and provide high quality of IT service delivery, resulting in highly engaged and highly motivated IT partnership with high performance adding value to the business.
- Hold extreme accountability for all IT products/services and be single point of contact to provide support where required.
- Develop business case together with function team and translate business challenges into right IT requirements.
- Be accountable for the whole IT delivery cycle, including business requirement analysis, technical solution design, development implementation and project/program management.
- Prove IT technical expertise and be capable of technical solution design and IT architecture with sufficient technical experience, expertise and certificates.
- Ensure cost-effective delivery of IT solutions and services to meet business needs and be able to respond with agility required to address changing business environment and priorities.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology or related fields, or equivalent education background.
- Extraordinary influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated learning agility, and ability to translate strategic objectives into operation activities.
